A travel blog that knows where it has been. Photographs and writing, pinned to the places they came from, on a map with real geography underneath it — and released on your schedule, not the internet’s.
Placed
Every photograph belongs to a stop, and every stop is a point on a real map — with its ecoregion and elevation read from the same data a GIS would use.
Arranged
A trip's gallery is one sequence of photographs and writing, in whatever order you drag them into. The map says where; the gallery says how you want it read.
Released on your schedule
Each stop is private, shared with people you name, or public — set one at a time. Nothing goes out because a date passed, and nothing derived from an unpublished stop leaks either.

Drop your stops
Search a place or click the map. Drag a pin when the geocoder puts you at the town centre and the campsite is four kilometres up the valley.

Add the photographs
Drop a batch onto a stop. Four- and five-star ratings from Lightroom carry through, so what you already curate is what gets featured.

Publish a stop at a time
Write, then choose who sees it. Publishing where you are right now asks you to confirm — the one thing that cannot be taken back.
Journolio is one person’s project, built in the open. Blogs live at their own address — journolio/name — and a link to one works for anybody you send it to, signed in or not.
